A rare occurence..a blog post

Well I wrote this a month ago and just barely posted it...I kind of want to blog again so  we will see.Once again it has been a while....Needless to say. Everyday I continue to feel so blessed to have my sweet little Macie and Rocco. They sure give us a run for our money to get here but they are so perfect for us. Rocco continues to me witty, charming, a firecracker, handsome, and SPOILED. He has had an action packed summer from boating, hiking, jetskiing, swimming, and wave jumping in florida. Life is full of fun for him. He will start preschool again soon and is excited about that. We have a few behaviors we are working on but that goes with the territory of being a mom. Macie is almost 7 months and is the princess of all. We love having the sweetness she brings to us. She is gobbling up her baby food, rolling around to reach for those rattles and dollies. She can sit by herself for a little and is getting ready to go soon in her crawling form. She delights in her big brother Rocco. He truly has been so kind to her and just adores her. He gets a little nervous when it is 8:15 am and she is still sleeping. He says, "Mom, doesn't Macie know its morning." He is an early bird like 6:50 so waiting to greet her for over an hour seems like an eternity. He insisted the other morning she needed a wake up call. We have been very busy this summer with a long trip home to utah, a trip to south beach florida, and visits from the bechts and grandpa and grandma Sparks. JonDavid is keeping busy with work and is happy to have played a few rounds of golf this summer. For myself I enjoy the quiet moments to myself when they come around and working on getting back to my classes at the YMCA I am finally creating some plans to decorate and paint the kids rooms.Enjoying Indy more and more especially our neighborhood and having our own home. Love to all my blogging buddies from home and Iowa. I miss you all!! Looking forward to fall and football.

I can hardly believe you might be back!

I really hate facebook so think of me when you want to post and please don't talk yourself out of it..

think of me with 4 kids, running my own preschool, Austin as the new bishop of our ward (I don't recommend that to ANYONE) and how I don't have time to call and catch up like I'd like to!

Do it for me! :)
